By accessing bajivp.net, creating an account, or using any product or service offered by bajivp in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and players on the bajivp platform without exception.

bajivp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice to individual users. These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bajivp. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any bonus-specific, promotion-specific, or game-specific rules published elsewhere on the platform, the more specific rule shall take precedence for that particular context.

If you are accessing bajivp on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have that person's express authority to agree to these terms on their behalf, and that person will also be bound by these terms as a result.

Eligibility Requirements

• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on bajivp. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a breach of these terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registration using false personal information, a pseudonym, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Registration Process

To create an account on bajivp, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred currency. You must keep all account information up to date and notify bajivp immediately if any information changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bajivp will never ask you to share your password via any channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bajivp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification — such as a National ID (NID) card or passport — and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. This requirement is mandatory for:

• Withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in aggregate per calendar month
• Accounts flagged during routine security or fraud screening
• Accounts where age verification has not been completed
• Cases where bajivp has reasonable grounds to suspect identity fraud or multi-accounting

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bajivp will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Sports Betting

All sports wagers placed on bajivp are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the bajivp sportsbook help section. In cases of ambiguity, bajivp's trading desk decision is final. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. In cases of technical failure before confirmation, the bet is void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Odds changes: bajivp reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be shown the new odds and asked to accept or decline the revised wager.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event, and market. bajivp reserves the right to apply individual account stake restrictions without notice where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In-play / live betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event at the discretion of the trading desk. Bets placed during a temporary suspension will be voided.
• Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, and IPL matches, the standard ICC match completion rules apply unless bajivp publishes event-specific override rules. Matches abandoned due to weather or external factors follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for applicable markets where the method can be applied, or are voided where it cannot.
• Settlement: Markets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). bajivp reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to reverse incorrectly settled bets.

Casino & Slots

All casino and slot games on bajivp are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG software. bajivp does not control or influence individual game results.

In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection, freezing, or a display error — the round is void and the staked amount returned to the player's balance. bajivp is not liable for errors originating within the game provider's software beyond returning the affected stake.

bajivp-Initiated Suspension or Closure

bajivp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• The account holder is under 18 years of age
• The account holder has provided false registration information
• The account is a duplicate of an existing registered account
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bajivp

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these terms, any funds held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where closure is made for other reasons — including voluntary self-exclusion — the account balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bajivp account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines. You may not close your account while any KYC review, fraud investigation, or active dispute is outstanding.

If you are requesting account closure because you feel that gambling is negatively affecting you, please inform support of this reason. Platform-Provided Tools
